Management innovative technologies of multidisciplinary institutions of out-of-school education

Abstract

The article reveals the features of educational management as a new branch of interdisciplinary scientific knowledge that integrates the essential characteristics of pedagogy and management. Emphasis is placed on multidisciplinary out-of-school education institutions. The management of these institutions must be adapted to modern conditions. There is presented the typology of competitions-festivals on the example of Khmelnytsky Palace of Children and Youth Creativity: city, district, regional, all-Ukrainian, international. There is emphasized the need to update the technologies of educational process management in out-of-school educational institutions. It is proposed to use controlling as an innovative technology for managing competitions-festivals in multidisciplinary out-of-school education institutions. The analysis of scientific works devoted to the interpretation of the essence of the term “controlling” is given. This term is understood as the concept of organization management, management function, integrated subsystem of organization management. It is established that controlling is related to the information support of management and is a kind of system of coordination, planning and control. In addition, controlling allows to study the phenomena and processes in the organization. It identifies weaknesses and compares the actual indicators with the planned ones. Controlling analyzes the causes of deviations and proposes measures to improve the situation in out-of-school institutions.
