Development of information and communication culture of the personality of the future teacher and its importance for work in the conditions of the military state

Abstract

The relevance of the problem of the development of the information and communication culture of the teacher's personality and its importance for work in the conditions of military state is determined by the need for innovative pedagogical applications introduced into the educational process. Accordingly, the purpose of the article is theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the development of information and communication culture and the influence of innovative pedagogical applications on improving the quality of education of students of higher education and its importance for work in the conditions of military state. To realize the goal, a set of methods was used: theoretical analysis, synthesis, generalization, comparison, which served the study of scientific sources of innovative pedagogical technologies; empirical methods (questionnaire, conversation, interview, observation, expert assessment); statistical research methods that helped to find out the effectiveness of innovative pedagogical applications during the teaching of the discipline «Pedagogy» and its impact on the educational process of students of higher education.
