Musical and didactic games and their significance in the development of musical and rhythmic abilities of children of junior preschool age
Abstract
This paper examines the importance and impact of using music didactic games in the process
of developing musical and rhythmic skills in young preschool children.
The paper begins with an analysis of the benefits of using game-based methods in music
teaching in preschool settings. It highlights various aspects of the use of games, such as vocal
and rhythmic skills, as well as their impact on the perception and development of musical
material. The integration of games into the learning process and their role in the understanding
of musical concepts are discussed.
The use of musical games in the work with younger preschoolers, focusing on the
development of their vocal abilities and rhythmic sense, is covered in detail. The work focuses
on the importance of introducing didactic games from the very first days of classes, explaining
how this can contribute to a better understanding of the material by children.
In addition, modern approaches, such as the use of musical toys, instruments and technical
equipment to make lessons more interesting and interactive, are considered. The paper shows
that such a comprehensive approach helps to develop children's musical abilities and talents
more effectively.
The paper proves that musical and didactic games play an important role in the development
of vocal skills and understanding of the basics of singing. These games not only accelerate
the learning of songs, but also allow children to feel and express the emotionality of music
through play.
Particular attention is paid to the development of rhythmic sense through musical games. It is
noted that this not only promotes awareness of rhythmic structures, but also develops motor
skills and coordination of movements.
An additional emphasis is placed on the effectiveness of group classes, where children learn
to cooperate and perform joint creative tasks, contributing not only to physical but also to
social development.
The paper concludes that musical and didactic games are an important tool in the
development of musical skills and abilities in young preschool children. They make learning
interesting, engaging and effective, contributing to the full development of psychophysical,
emotional and social aspects of the individual.
