Abstract

The authors define the interrelation and mutual influence of the culture of goal setting, productivity of pedagogical problems solution and process of the teacher’s professionalism development. The comparative analysis of various types of pedagogical purposes which influence the effectiveness of a modern teacher’s professional activity has been made.
