The gender dimension of management in education: Analysis of discursive practices

Abstract

The article deals with the issue of gender management in education, the essence of which is the introduction of the gender dimension in management. The gender dimension should not be regarded as a juxtaposition or opposition of men and women, but it should be considered in terms of overcoming the existing discriminatory practices in the management and development of management strategies that avoid the possible manifestations of gender segregation at the workplace.
