Psychological health as a factor of the personality’s harmonious development
Abstract
The article reveals the problem of psychological health and harmonious development of personality. The author studies all-round harmonious development of a psychologically healthy person. The article analyzes various scientific approaches for studying psychological health and personal harmony in general.
The attention is paid to the harmony as the integral part of personality. The author examines major levels of psychological health, each of them characterizing the peculiarities of personality’s psychological state. The author defines possibilities of every person for harmonious development. The system parameter characterizing a harmonious personality is considered to be the high level of balanced relations of various personal formations. Spirituality is seen as one of the main aspects of a psychologically healthy personality.Downloads
