Stage excitement as a component of health-saving technologies in the process of training future teachers-musicians
Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue of stage excitement during a concert performance, the causes of its occurrence and methods of overcoming it with the help of health-saving technologies in the process of training future teachers-musicians are analyzed. The author focuses on a certain state of physical and psychological endurance during a concert performance. The article defines the destructive and constructive components of stage excitement during a concert performance. The criterion for the success of the performance is the combination of physical and psychological components of the performer's personality. The article describes the methods of overcoming stage excitement and formation of stage endurance during a concert performance within the limits of the use of healthsaving technologies. The essence of 5 phases of stage excitement during a concert performance is revealed and ways to overcome them are outlined. Emphasis is placed on some ways of combining physiological and psychological resilience to withstand concert stress during performance. Stage excitement is an important component of the activity of musicians, in particular future music teachers. It affects not only the quality of their performance, but also the general health and psychoemotional state. The use of health-saving technologies in the process of training musicians helps to reduce the level of stress, preserve health and increase the effectiveness of education.
