Abstract
The relevance of the study is determined by the need to improve the quality of education in the field of information technologies (IT) by integrating information and communication technologies (ICT) into blended learning. The purpose of the article is to study the foreign experience of introducing ICT into educational processes for the training of specialists in the field of IT and to identify effective practices that can be adapted to other study systems. The main problems considered in the article are the insufficient integration of ICT in educational processes, which affects the quality of training of specialists, as well as the lack of a systematic approach to the use of modern technologies in blended learning. The tasks of the research are the analysis of the effectiveness of various methods of using ICT, the identification of key elements of the successful implementation of ICT during blended learning based on foreign experience. To achieve the goal of the research, the following methods are used: literary analysis, which includes the study of scientific articles, books, reports and other publications to determine key trends and methods of implementing ICT in blended learning; comparative analysis of approaches and methods of using ICT in different countries and education institutions, which helps to identify effective practices and adapt them to other study systems. The scientific novelty of the work consists in the systematization and generalization of foreign experience in the use of ICT in mixed education, as well as in the development of recommendations for the implementation of effective practices in other education systems. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of applying the obtained results to improve the quality of training of specialists in the field of IT, which will ensure their competitiveness in the labor market. The results of the study show that the integration of ICT in blended learning is a key factor for improving the quality of IT education. Interactive platforms, adaptive systems, virtual laboratories, mobile applications and VR are important elements that create an effective, flexible and adaptive learning environment. The implementation of these technologies significantly increases the level of professional training of specialists, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills for a successful career.
