Tutor's work in the educational process: perspectives and development in comparison with EU countries
Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the tutor's work in the educational process in the conditions of russian aggression against Ukraine. The role of tutoring support in ensuring the continuity of education during military operations, in particular in the conditions of distance and mixed learning, is considered. The psychological, social and educational challenges faced by students in the conditions of war, as well as the methods used by tutors to support the emotional state of students, adapt to new conditions and overcome educational gaps, are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the use of digital technologies that allow providing effective tutoring support even in crisis situations. Conclusions were made about the need to improve the qualifications of tutors for work in the conditions of war and post-war reconstruction of the educational system of Ukraine.
