Abstract

The article focuses on the issue of improving the professional competencies of preschool educators in the context of modern challenges, particularly under wartime conditions. Special attention is given to the formation of a positive worldview in preschool children, which is a critical factor for emotional and psychological stability. The article explores art therapy as a key tool that helps children overcome stressful and traumatic situations through creativity. The authors analyze current approaches to the use of art therapy in the educational process, demonstrating its effectiveness in supporting children during crises. The article also outlines methods for enhancing the professional competencies of educators in the area of emotional and psychological support for children, specifically through the development of skills in applying art therapy practices. The importance of supporting educators through specialized training and educational programs, which contribute to the development of their professional mastery and adaptation to new realities, is emphasized.
