Formation of professional-communicative competence of future teachers in the process of professional training
Abstract
Improving the process of training specialists requires the creation of conditions for future teachers of professional education to master the competence of professional communication. The research problem is determined by the contradiction between the growing need of society to improve the professional training of future teachers and the insufficient development of a certain model of general professional training of future teachers in this direction. The article theoretically substantiates the pedagogical conditions for the formation of communicative competence of future teachers in the process of professional training, the essence and structure of the communicative competence of future specialists formed in the process of professional training. The model of the formation of communicative competence of future teachers in the process of professional training is developed and theoretically substantiated. When studying the problem of the development of professional communication competence, a model of general professional training of applicants was developed, which contributes to the development of their professional communication competence. As a result of the functioning of the proposed model, changes should occur in the knowledge, skills and personality qualities of the future specialists, which will provide the opportunity to develop professional communication competence in them. The model of general professional training of applicants must be considered, focusing on the development of creative personalities, on their preparation for future professional activity, mediated by the competence of professional communication. It is part of the professional training of future specialists and contains the following parts: a goal-setting, substantive, procedural and evaluation-diagnostic block. Тhe purpose of using the model is to improve the quality of professional education of a future specialist who possesses various professional competencies, in particular, the competency of professional communication.
