Abstract

The purpose of the article is to research the current state of development of gamification strategies in the process of training specialists in digital technologies. The tasks of the article are to identify the key aspects, challenges and prospects of introducing gamification into educational programs for digital technologies. The work uses the analysis of literary sources, including a review of the latest scientific research and publications on the topic of gamification in digital technology education, as well as the observation of training participants to systematize information and determine the main trends in the implementation of gamification strategies aimed at understanding the modern application of gamification in education. The results of the work show that the current state of development of gamification strategies in the process of training specialists in digital technologies is characterized by several key aspects. The expansion of gamification in learning is due to its ability to increase student motivation and engagement through the use of points, badges, leaderboards and levels. Technological progress, in particular virtual and augmented reality, artificial intelligence, allows creating interactive learning environments. The proliferation of online platforms promotes gamification in virtual classrooms, making learning more effective. An interdisciplinary approach combines knowledge from Psychology, Pedagogy and Computer Science, creating comprehensive strategies that take into account motivational and emotional aspects of students. Gamification also focuses on the personalization of learning with the help of adaptive systems. However, there are challenges such as technical limitations, resource intensiveness, and the balance between game elements and educational content. This necessitates adequate teacher training and the adaptation of educational materials to ensure effectiveness. For further development, it is necessary to focus on the development of individualized gamification strategies, the study of long-term effects of gamification, integration with other innovative learning methods, evaluation of effectiveness in different cultural contexts, and the development of new gamification elements, which together can significantly improve the effectiveness of the educational process and raise the level of training of specialists in digital technologies.
