Preschool education in Ukraine and the Czech Republic: a comparative analysis of pedagogical approaches and innovations

Abstract

The article is devoted to a comparative analysis of preschool education in Ukraine and the Czech Republic with an emphasis on pedagogical approaches and innovations used in both countries. The main trends in the development of preschool education, the role of inclusive education, socio-cultural aspects in the formation of educational standards and the implementation of modern pedagogical ideas in preschool education institutions, as well as a comparison of national programs of preschool education are separately considered. The practical aspects of the implementation of innovative methods in Ukraine and the Czech Republic, as well as their impact on the development of a child at an early age, were studied. Comparative analysis makes it possible to reveal the strengths and weaknesses of national systems of preschool education, which can contribute to their further improvement. Positive aspects, opportunities for improving preschool education in Ukraine based on the experience of the Czech Republic were analyzed and determined, and the main challenges facing the pedagogical systems of both countries were identified. The article contains recommendations for improving preschool education in Ukraine. Preschool education is the foundation for a child’s further development. A comparison of the Ukrainian and Czech systems highlights both the strengths of the Ukrainian system and opportunities for improvement. The Czech experience in the field of inclusive education and innovative approaches is a valuable asset that can serve as an inspiration for Ukrainian teachers. However, the rich cultural context of Ukraine opens wide prospects for the development of unique educational programs that meet the needs of modern society. The combination of the best European practices with Ukrainian traditions will make it possible to create a competitive preschool education system that will ensure. comprehensive development of children and prepare them for life in a dynamic world
