Causative relations in the system of relations of semantic syntactic structures of Russian utterances

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of determining the subject perspective of the multi subject utterances and the character of causal constituents functioning in the semantic syntactic structures of Russian utterances. The author considers that the contradictory approaches to determining semantic roles abundant in modern syntactic studies are attributable to the limitations imposed on both the classes of nouns that can name the role of the agent and the surface syntactic position it can have. The author substantiates that all the elements performing the causative role of the semantic syntactic structures of sentences correspond to the hyper role of the agent that acts at the level of the entire sentence structure determining its semantic syntactic structure.
