  • Moskalyova Liudmyla

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of international experience in the field of preschool education. On the example of European countries (Greece, Germany, Portugal, France, Austria) the author describes the peculiarities of training of future tutors. Compared to teaching in higher education institutions in the relevant profession in Ukraine, the researcher points to a number of differences, for example, between the number of hours for practice and their distribution between higher education levels, etc. The article also highlights the features of educational activity in the relevant specialty. For example, in Greece, a leading dialogue in higher education is the dialogue between teachers, educators and pre-school teachers, whereby networks are created for effective professional communication and interaction. The actual effect through education, that is, the reflection of theory in practice, is also indicated on the basis of an analysis of preschool education in Germany, where the internship was introduced in the first two years of study. In Portugal, higher education (pre-school) is based on supervised professional practice, which, thanks to its constant connection with theory, is a space that communicates between the world of work and the world of learning. The French experience in pre-school teacher education is described as an example of a pre-school teacher right for continuing education, when after getting a diploma and five years before retirement, a pre-school teacher has a right to attend lectures, trainings, seminars, etc. Professional development according to French traditions consists of the following aspects: basic cultural education, discipline of training, internship (practice) and individual improvement. Accordingly, the author defined the prospect of further research aimed at the development and implementation of training for teachers and applicants for higher education in preschool education specialty.
