Formation of a non-discriminatory approach in the upbringing of preschool children in future teachers of preschool education as a scientific problem
Abstract
The article deals with the problems of forming a non-discriminatory approach in the upbringing of preschool children in modern pedagogy in future teachers of preschool education. The analysis of scientific works is devoted to the basics of general pedagogical training and the formation of professionalism of the teacher's personality; justification of psychological readiness of teachers for work; identification of the essence and content of the formation of readiness of future teachers for pedagogical activities; formation of professionalism of a preschool educational institution teacher; introduction of new pedagogical technologies of the educational process in educational institutions; problems of formation of readiness and preparation of future preschool teachers for pedagogical activities; formation of a non-discriminatory approach in the upbringing of preschool children in future preschool teachers. The article highlights the state of development of the issue of forming a non-discriminatory approach in the upbringing of preschool children in future teachers of preschool education in scientific sources. Ways to achieve the goal of forming a non-discriminatory approach in the upbringing of preschool children in future teachers of preschool education in the case of performing a set of interrelated tasks that have educational, and value components are outlined.
