The main principles of the integrated approach in the preparation of the future technologists of food production.
Abstract
The author of the article determines the essence of concepts “integration”, “integrated studies”, “principle”, “principles of studies” and principles of integrated studies”. The paper grounds the necessity to adhere to the main principles of the integrated approach of chemical and technological disciplines for preparing future highly-qualified technologists of food production.
