Тhe human-measurability of methodological basis of pedagogical professionalism as а prerequisite for successful establishment and development of personal-oriented education.
Abstract
The article presents the results of scientific analysis with regards to the determining of effective methodological strategies of research of the pedagogical professionalism phenomenon of general scientific (civilizational, systematic, synergetic) and specific scientific (active-, personal-, professional-orientated) levels. The author reveals heuristic possibilities of each of them in detecting the essence of this phenomenon and establishes their human-capacity dynamics, that was gradually affirmed in the process of evolution of social and historical factors of the teacher’s professional work and didascology directed scientific thought.
