Institutional and pedagogical conditions of preparing the masters of education management in higher educational institutions.

Abstract

The article deals with the problem of training the Masters of education management for innovative management of comprehensive educational institution; organizational and educational facilities for vocational training of future principals of educational institutions in order to realize innovative activity are defined and substantiated; the features of the education manager’s professional activity are determined; exercises for developing creative and learning activities of the Masters of education management are analyzed.
