Formation of positive world perception in preschool children during wartime through art therapy means

Abstract

The article is devoted to researching the possibilities and consequences of using art therapy as a means of forming a positive worldview in preschool children in wartime conditions. The article deals with practical issues of using art therapy. In the conditions of modern wartime and dangers that can affect the mental health of children, it is important to consider effective ways to strengthen positive emotional states and internal resources in younger age groups. The main psychological difficulties faced by children of preschool age during wartime are identified – emotional stress, anxiety and other psychologically destructive aspects. The influence of art therapy techniques on the emotional state, social development and general mental stability of children who survived the war was analyzed. Special emphasis is placed on the ability of art to stimulate creative expression, improve well-being and promote psychological recovery. It helps children to experience difficult situations and support psychosocial development. The article examines the following forms of art therapy: isotherapy, music therapy, sand therapy, bibliotherapy and fairy-tale therapy.
