Peer review policy and procedure
All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo double-blind peer review (authors do not know the names of reviewers, and reviewers do not know the names of authors), which ensures objectivity of assessment, promotes impartiality, and complies with international standards of academic integrity.
Reviewers are selected based on the following criteria: scientific competence and profile, academic degree, publication activity, absence of conflicts of interest, absence of joint publications, reputation and ethics, ability to provide constructive criticism, H-index, adherence to COPE principles, profile in Web of Science (ResearcherID) or ORCID. The reviewer must be a recognised expert in the subject matter of the article. The reviewer performs his or her duties voluntarily and free of charge.

Publication decision
The final decision on the publication of a manuscript is made by the editor-in-chief based on:
- the conclusions of independent reviewers;
- the assessment of the scientific novelty and significance of the results;
- the relevance of the topic to the journal's profile;
- the quality of the structure and presentation of the material.
The editorial board constantly monitors compliance with academic integrity standards. In case of violations, appropriate measures are taken, ranging from requesting revisions to refusing publication or withdrawing the article.
