Formation of communicative competence as a component of professional skill of the teacher-conductor

Abstract

The article examines the essence of the communicative competence of a teacher-musician in the disciplines of the conducting-choral cycle as an integrative quality that allows to carry out professional-pedagogical activities more effectively, defines the necessary communicative abilities of a teacher-musician, the components of communicative competence and the stages of its development in the structure of the concept of "professional competence of future teacher-musician". The specifics were determined, the model and pedagogical conditions for the formation of communicative competence of the future music teacher were developed. The structure of readiness of future music teachers for the development of communicative competence of students of higher education is proposed, which includes a substantive, procedural and reflective component. The primary and subordinate pedagogical conditions necessary for the professional training of the future teacher-musician are determined, which ensure his readiness for the development of communicative competence, the importance of practical training, dialogical interaction and reflective teaching methods is determined. It is emphasized that the ability of the future teacher-musician to work with students through the means of musical art, to convey to them their own experience of artistic and pedagogical communication, contributes to the development of communicative competence.
