Use the problem methods in professional training for future specialists of the hotel and restaurant business.
Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of using problem methods of training students of direction 140101 «Hotel and Restaurant Business». We consider the techniques that are used at practical classes while training bachelors and masters of hotel and restaurant business at Classic Private University (Zaporizhia): Designing (developing of the Project «Small hotel»), SWOT-analysis, «brainstorming», discussion, case-method, the method of an upcoming exam through the following academic disciplines: «Organization of the hotel industry», «Organization of animation services», and «Organization of spa services».
