Pedagogical conditions of medical students’ English communicative competence formation.
Abstract
The study is devoted to the problems of future specialists’communicative competence formation under the conditions of education global development. The difference between the notions “competence” and “competency” is revealed. On the basis of analysis of the notion “competence” the author defines the principles of knowledge, perception, ability teaching, study and cognition, defines the pedagogical conditions that favour medical students’ English language communicative competence formation by means of linguo-social and linguo-cultural methods. It is shown that the efficiency of medical students’ English language communicative competence formation and development directly depends on the creation of certain pedagogical conditions, favourable for learning, applying the relevant methods of English language teaching.
