THE CONCEPT OF BUILDING MODELS OF STATISTICAL SYSTEMS MEASUREMENTS OF CHARACTERISTICS OF SIGNALS AND NOISE

Abstract

Feature of statistical measurements is the need for validation of measurement results by different methods, as specific PRAR models are very diverse and often contradictory. To solve these tasks it is necessary to systematize the existing and development of new algorithms of analysis, i.e. a more complete and therefore more accurate calibration algorithms of calculation elements SIIS in conditions of a priori uncertainty, and the emergence of some new information used for adaptation, and synthesis algorithms, i.e., fast and simple algorithms for solving inverse and optimization problems. At the same time the main should be adopted the universal principle of step-by-step optimization, the analysis generates SIIS the effect of the techniques of decomposition, and in their synthesis modularity in any subject area. When creating systems to measure the statistical characteristics (CX) possible to use both analog and digital methods. Circuit designs using analog technology, provide high performance, but have large errors and small (in the sense of flexibility) functionality.

The use of so-called processor of the measuring instruments, which can be turned on a dedicated processor (analog – electronic or optical; digital – signal DSP, etc.) directly involved in obtaining the results of measurements (direct, indirect, cumulative, complexioned, joint, etc.) and in the control of the measuring experiment and the subsequent processing of the measuring information, gives the opportunity to hope that the designing and production of universal in the algorithmic and hardware plans statistical IMS. Therefore, given the above, for each PRAR needs to be made generalized dynamic model of the synthesis of systems having the properties of consistency relative to known approaches, with local and shared feedback and implements the principle of suboptimization - step by step (evolutionary) optimization.
