Formation of professional-ecological competence in the training of future specialists of industrial pharmacy

Abstract

The article identifies the conditions and main components that have a substantive impact on
the formation of professional and ecological competence in the system of key competencies
of future industrial pharmacy specialists in the process of their professional training. The aim
of the article was to determine the main ways of forming professional and ecological
competence in the training of future specialists in industrial pharmacy based on the analysis
of the concept of "ecological competence". In doing so, such general scientific methods of
information processing as analysis, comparison, generalization, modeling were applied.
From the above it follows that the process of forming professional and ecological
competence of a future specialist in industrial pharmacy should be purposeful, logically
adjusted, integrative and carried out through the interaction of all educational components
of the pedagogical system. It is shown that environmental education is an integral part of the
socialization of the student, contributes to his high professional development as a person
and should be carried out starting from the junior years, in particular in the process of
greening the disciplines of the natural science block. Based on the analysis of scientific and
methodological literature, own scientific research, the concept of "ecological competence" is
clarified using methods of scientific knowledge: analysis, synthesis, comparison,
generalization, etc. The article highlights the acquisition of environmental competence by
future specialists of industrial pharmacy through the greening of consciousness as the ability
to actively and responsibly realize one's potential (ecological knowledge, skills, experience)
for successful professional activity; to realize one's own involvement and responsibility for
the restoration and preservation of the natural environment; to practically solve
environmental problems in the professional and everyday spheres in accordance with the
idea of the concept of sustainable development, acquired environmental values, etc.
From the above it follows that the process of forming the professional and ecological
competence of a future industrial pharmacy specialist should be purposeful, logically
adjusted, integrative and carried out through the ecologization and interaction of all
educational components of the pedagogical system.The main prospects for the development
of professional and environmental competence are to provide pharmaceutical enterprises
with highly qualified personnel.
