Organisational and pedagogical conditions for effective collaboration among participants in the educational process in an inclusive primary school environment

Abstract

The article theoretically substantiates and systematises the organisational and pedagogical conditions for effective collaboration among participants in the educational process in an inclusive primary school environment. The study employs analysis and systematisation of scholarly and regulatory documents, comparative analysis, generalisation and classification, and structural-functional analysis. It is shown that the effectiveness of inclusive education depends on the coordinated interaction of all participants, based on shared goals, clear role distribution, systematic communication, differentiated instruction, partnership with parents, teachers’ professional development, and a positive inclusive culture. Six interrelated organisational and pedagogical conditions are identified, and their significance for the quality of the educational process is clarified. The study also proposes procedural, communicative, outcome-based, and resourcebased criteria for assessing the effectiveness of collaboration. It is concluded that effective collaboration in an inclusive primary school environment is a systemically organised process aimed at ensuring the full participation of a child with special educational needs in learning and school life. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the theoretical substantiation and systematisation of a holistic set of such conditions. Its practical significance lies in the possibility of applying the proposed conditions, implementation examples, and evaluation criteria in school planning, methodological support for teachers, the work of psychological and pedagogical support teams, and partnership with families. Further research should focus on developing specific indicators and levels for assessing collaboration effectiveness.
