Organisational and pedagogical conditions for training future physical culture and sports specialists for professional activity

Abstract

The article examines the issue of preparing future specialists in physical culture and sports for professional activity within the modern system of higher education. The relevance of the study is due to the need to improve the quality of professional training of the students who are capable of effectively organising and carrying out physical education and sports activities, managing the educational and training process, and promoting a healthy lifestyle. During the research methods of analysis and generalisation of scientific literature, systematisation of scientific approaches, comparative analysis, and pedagogical generalisation were used. Based on the analysis of scholarly works on the professional training of specialists in physical culture and sports, scientific approaches to defining the organisation and pedagogical conditions for preparing future specialists in physical culture and sports were examined. The identified and theoretically substantiated organisational and pedagogical conditions are aimed at developing the professional competence of future specialists defined in the educational and professional programme, enhancing their pedagogical mastery, professional motivation, and readiness for the effective implementation of the educational and training process in the modern conditions of the development of physical culture and sport. The interrelationship of the psychological component, the development of pedagogical mastery, and the formation of adaptability constitutes an integrated system of organisational and pedagogical conditions aimed at improving the effectiveness of the professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sport and fostering their readiness for effective professional activity. The necessity of applying organisational and pedagogical conditions to ensure high-quality and effective preparation of future specialists in physical culture and sports for professional activity is substantiated.
