Social and psychological features of students at technical-vocational schools as a big organizational group.
Abstract
The article substantiates the key positions of taking into account social and psychological features of students at technical-vocational educational establishments as a big organizational group. Importance of further development of technologies for forming the world view and social identity of young personality has been actualized. The nature of influence on relations in a group has been determined according to priority: collective or individual work, friendly relations or orientation to knowledge gaining. The models of educational groups behavior have been developed in accordance with an ultimate estimation on the following criteria “group/personality” and “task/friendly lifestyle”.Downloads
