Formation of the content of humanitarian and socioeconomic training of future engineers-programmers at higher education institutions.
Abstract
The article formulates the problem of
necessity to form practice-oriented
content of humanitarian and socioeconomic
training of future engineersprogrammers
at higher education
institutions. The main provisions of the
A.A. Verbitsky concept of signcontextual
learning are analyzed. The
author highlights the activities to ensure
the practical orientation of the content
of the disciplines of humanitarian and
socio-economic training of future
engineers-programmers (use of
context-type lectures, business games,
modeling of problem situations,
contextualized dialogues, etc.). There
are corrections that are appropriate to
make in the content and names of
these disciplines ("Philosophy of the
Information Society", "Legal
Informatics", "Economics in the
Information Society", "Sociology of the
Information Society", "Psychology of
Programming", etc.), as well as a list of
future engineers-programmers'
competencies, the formation of which
must be ensured in the process of their
study. Measures are proposed to
provide high-quality foreign language
training for future engineersprogrammers
(teaching by the program
of training for international exams,
professional certification; developing
skills for writing professional essay,
grant applications, technical tasks,
etc.).
