DEVELOPMENT OF CORPORATIVE CULTURE IN THE AUTONOMOUS PRE – SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION

Abstract

Serykh L.V. Development of corporative culture in the autonomous pre – school educational institution. The corporative culture in the autonomous pre – school educational institution allows to increase the competetive chances of the kindergarten, to improve the results of the educational process and psychological climate in the group to make the teachers trust the institution more.

The effectiveness of corporative culture promotes the formation of the new academic community, increases the teachers’ initiative, directs their attention to making research and introducing innovations.

The article presents the description of the work of the municipal autonomous pre – school educational institution “Child’s Development Center – Kindergarten N 74   “ Child's Play “. The author describes the renewal of corporative culture of the stuff in the following directions: 1) the corporative character of the interrelation and communication, corporative image of the pre – school educational institution  “Kindergarden – an Open System”; 2) academic community including an individual style of  a teacher; 3) quality of the educational process “Teacher – Child – Parents”.
