ESSENCE OF ADMINISTRATIVE CREATIVE WORK OF HEAD SECONDARY SCHOOL

Abstract

Savtsova A.A. Essence of administrative creative work of Head Secondary school. In the article the essence of the concept „administrative creative work as a manager” is specified. The specificity of administrative work of a general school manager is considered. It is proved, that administrative creative work of a general school manager in essence does not differ from that of a manager of industrial or social sphere, but runs under more difficult conditions.
