Abstract
Priyma S.M. Organizational modalities for the functioning of intelligent Adaptive educational systems open to adult education. The publication shows the need for an open, flexible, decentralized education system with a view to establishing open education space. Pointed out that the functional basis for such an open educational system can become intelligent Adaptive educational systems, which are based on the ontological approach agentnom. An analysis of the institutional environment of intelligent Adaptive learning systems open to adult education.
