Preparing future preschool teachers to design a digital ecosystem of partnership with parents
Abstract
The article provides a comprehensive theoretical substantiation and analysis of the peculiarities of preparing future preschool educators to design a digital ecosystem for partnership interaction with parents. Amidst rapid technological progress and educational reforms, the professional role of a preschool teacher is undergoing a significant transformation. Modern educators are required to demonstrate advanced digital literacy, proficiency in managing electronic resources, and the flexibility to adapt teaching methodologies to hybrid and distance learning formats. The research defines the «digital ecosystem» as a holistic integrated environment that synthesises technological services, users, and data to support sustainable educational development through organisational, social, and cultural synergy. The study investigates the multi-component structure of student readiness, evaluating it through cognitive, motivationalevaluative, personality-communicative, activity-based, and reflective criteria. A critical analysis reveals a significant deficiency in the motivational engagement of future specialists, which underscores the necessity of integrating innovative courses such as «Partnership Pedagogy» and shifting toward models based on mutual respect. The technical foundation of the proposed ecosystem relies on cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and Big Data to facilitate a seamless dialogue between families and institutions. Furthermore, the article explores the pedagogical potential of gamified tools like LearningApps and ClassDojo, as well as active learning strategies including web-quest technologies and dual education, which help bridge the gap between theory and practice. Significant attention is paid to the concept of «digital parenting» and online mediation as vital strategies for ensuring child safety. The author concludes that a holistic approach-uniting robust technology with humanistic principles-transforms the educator into a subject of change, capable of fostering a synergistic environment for a child’s development in the digital age.
